For That Special Person!!

I wrote this short poem for my best friend, who lives every day with epilepsy and faces challenges most people never see. Watching her strength, courage, and grace inspired me to put these feelings into words. While the poem comes from our story, I hope its message reaches anyone who loves someone fighting a silent or unpredictable battle. If these lines bring comfort, connection, or simply a reminder that no one is alone, then sharing them here will have been worth it all.

When time Stands still

You shine through storms that others can’t see.

Brave in ways that inspire me.

No seizure, no shadow can break your grace,

I see your strength in every space.

When time stands still,

love will whisper you are not alone.

I’ll be the voice beside your own.

Through trembling nights or silent fear,

my heart will stay forever near.

Although apart,

Our hearts will find their way.

Through miles of sky and ocean spray,

distance can’t dim what friendship knows;

love like ours forever grows.
