Junk Photo Cases

Once your order has been placed, please email the photos you would like used for your custom design to info@chronicjunk.com. Please include your order number and full name in the email so we can correctly match the photos to your order.

For the best results, we recommend sending clear, high quality images. Try to avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered photos, as this can affect how the final design looks on your case.

If you have a specific layout, theme or order for the photos, you can include these details in the email along with any personalisation requests such as names, initials or short text you would like added.

Once your photos have been received and reviewed, we will begin creating your custom case. If there are any issues with the images provided, we will contact you before production begins.

Because each item is handmade and made to order, please allow time for the design and creation process.

You can also choose whether you would like beaded letters or metal letters for the name on your case. Charm colours can include basic colours such as red, black, blue, green, yellow, and orange.

Please use the Models & Design Preferences section to type your exact phone model if it is not listed above. You may also use this section to include any additional design requests such as specific charms you would like included, for example butterflies, hearts, stars, crosses, flowers, or other styles.

Returns and Refund Policy

All Chronic Junk cases are handmade and made to order based on your personal design preferences. Because these items are personalised, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Please make sure your phone model and design preferences are entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect details provided at checkout.
